Introduction
Welcome to Clear Cargo’s Door-to-Door Cargo Delivery service. These Terms & Conditions govern the packing and moving services provided by our company. By availing of our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
Service Scope
1. Our services include but are not limited to packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking. Any additional services must be explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Quotation & Pricing
1. All quotations are based on the details provided by the customer and are subject to change if the actual workload differs.
2. Prices do not include taxes, tolls, or additional charges unless specified.
3. A deposit may be required to confirm the booking.

Booking & Cancellation
1. Bookings should be made in advance to ensure service availability.
2. Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund, while cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities
1. Customers must provide accurate details of items to be moved, including any special handling requirements.
2. Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the premises for loading and unloading.

Liability & Insurance
1. We take reasonable care in handling goods, but we are not liable for loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or inadequate packing by the customer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. If a customer cancels the service 48 hours or more before the scheduled date, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
2. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled service will be eligible for a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will not be eligible for a refund.
4. In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing service fulfillment on our part, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date will be offered.
